Founded in 1998 by consulting architect and engineer Manoj Lakhia, Dwip Associates has grown into a multidisciplinary design firm delivering integrated solutions in architecture, interior design, and liaison services. With a portfolio of over 500 projects across varied typologies and scales, we have earned a reputation for delivering design solutions that are not only creative and technically sound but also fully aligned with regulatory standards.

In 2020, the firm welcomed a new chapter with the addition of Dwip Lakhia, Manoj’s son. An architect with a Bachelor’s in architecture (2020) and Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning(2024) degrees, Dwip brings a contemporary and cross-disciplinary outlook to the practice. He plays a key role in shaping both architectural and interior outcomes, ensuring every project reflects a cohesive design narrative rooted in creativity, functionality, and precision.
